elementor - v3.5.3 - 28-12-2021 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#818a91;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#818a91;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente no Brasil define como trabalho an\u00e1logo \u00e0 escravid\u00e3o toda atividade for\u00e7ada, na qual a pessoa \u00e9 impedida de deixar seu local de trabalho, realizada sob condi\u00e7\u00f5es degradantes ou em jornadas exaustivas.<\/p><p>O\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/Leis\/2003\/L10.803.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>artigo 149 do C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0prev\u00ea os elementos que caracterizam a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de um ser humano \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o an\u00e1loga \u00e0 de escravo.<\/p><p>S\u00e3o eles: a submiss\u00e3o a trabalhos for\u00e7ados ou a jornadas exaustivas, a sujei\u00e7\u00e3o a condi\u00e7\u00f5es degradantes de trabalho e a restri\u00e7\u00e3o de locomo\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalhador.<\/p><p>Conforme a Coordenadoria Nacional de Erradica\u00e7\u00e3o do Trabalho Escravo (Conaete), jornada exaustiva refere-se a qualquer expediente que, devido a circunst\u00e2ncias de intensidade, frequ\u00eancia ou desgaste, cause preju\u00edzos \u00e0 sa\u00fade f\u00edsica ou mental do trabalhador.<\/p><h3>Dados<\/h3><p>De acordo com dados divulgados pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego (TEM), entre janeiro e novembro do ano passado, um total de 2.847 trabalhadores foram libertados de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho an\u00e1logo \u00e0 escravid\u00e3o no Brasil.<\/p><p>Esse n\u00famero \u00e9 o mais elevado nos \u00faltimos 14 anos e reflete \u00e0 efic\u00e1cia das opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, coordenadas pelo Grupo M\u00f3vel em parceria com a Pol\u00edcia Federal, Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal, Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho, Defensoria P\u00fablica da Uni\u00e3o e Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal.<\/p><p>Durante esse per\u00edodo, o MTE tamb\u00e9m fiscalizou 516 estabelecimentos urbanos e rurais, resultando no pagamento de mais de R$ 10,8 milh\u00f5es em verbas salariais e rescis\u00f3rias aos trabalhadores libertados.<\/p><p>A Regi\u00e3o Sudeste apresentou o maior n\u00famero de a\u00e7\u00f5es e resgates, com 192 estabelecimentos fiscalizados e 1.043 trabalhadores libertados, seguida pelo Centro-Oeste, com 103 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es e 720 resgates.<\/p><p>No Sul, 76 a\u00e7\u00f5es resultaram no resgate de 475 trabalhadores.
