Consultivo da FEQUIMFAR, composto por representantes dos 32 Sindicatos filiados, esteve reunido hoje, dia 25 de maio, na sede da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Qu\u00edmicos, em S\u00e3o Paulo SP, para homenagear os 65 anos da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Qu\u00edmicos, completados no dia 24 de abril deste ano.<\/p><p>Edson Dias Bicalho, secret\u00e1rio geral da FEQUIMFAR e presidente do Sindicato dos Qu\u00edmicos de Bauru e Regi\u00e3o, coordenou o evento que teve a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7as\u00a0regi\u00f5es de todo o estado e contou com mesa de abertura composta por Jurandir Pedro de Souza, diretor financeiro da FEQUIMFAR, Maria Auxiliadora dos Santos, secret\u00e1ria nacional de pol\u00edticas para mulheres da For\u00e7a Sindical, Laura Santos, diretora do Sindicato dos Qu\u00edmicos de Itapetininga e coordenadora do Departamento de Mulheres e Identidade de G\u00eanero da FEQUIMFAR, e Maria Nalva,\u00a0presidente do Sindicato dos Qu\u00edmicos de Jaguari\u00fana e\u00a0coordenadora do Departamento de Mulheres e Identidade de G\u00eanero da FEQUIMFAR.<\/p><p>O ex-presidente da FEQUIMFAR, Danilo Pereira da Silva, agora, presidente da For\u00e7a Sindical Estadual S\u00e3o Paulo, resgatou pontos importantes da hist\u00f3ria da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Qu\u00edmicos, em especial, a funda\u00e7\u00e3o dos Sindicatos filiados que tanto fortalecem a luta dos Qu\u00edmicos da For\u00e7a no estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p><p>Sergio Luiz Leite, Serginho, presidente da FEQUIMFAR e vice-presidente da For\u00e7a Sindical,\u00a0fez um hist\u00f3rico dos 65 anos anos de exist\u00eancia da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o, destacando o SOS Federa\u00e7\u00e3o, que completa 30 anos em agosto, um movimento de redemocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o que mudou os rumos da entidade e reconquistou o seu protagonismo na luta sindical.<\/p><p>Daniel Ferrer, do DIEESE, fez uma retrospectiva e trajet\u00f3ria do desenvolvimento das cl\u00e1usulas econ\u00f4micas nas Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas dos trabalhadores nas ind\u00fastrias qu\u00edmicas, farmac\u00eauticas,\u00a0fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de etanol, brinquedos e instrumentos musicais.<\/p><p>C\u00e9sar Augusto de Mello, advogado da FEQUIMFAR, falou sobre a reforma sindical e a\u00a0 proposta de diretrizes das Centrais Sindicais para mudan\u00e7as na estrutura sindical, com custeio e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o
