Os sindicalistas assaram e distribu\u00edram centenas de quilos de sardinha para os manifestantes e popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral que passava pr\u00f3ximo ao ato. \u201cO objetivo do ato foi chamar aten\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade e sensibilizar o membros do Banco Central da import\u00e2ncia de baixar os juros \u201c, Miguel Torres, presidente da For\u00e7a Sindical.<\/p><p>O secret\u00e1rio-geral da For\u00e7a Sindical, Jo\u00e3o Carlos Gon\u00e7alves (Juruna), alerta que juros altos prejudica o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico do nosso pa\u00eds. \u201cDiminuir o juros vai gerar mais empregos, melhorar os investimentos na ind\u00fastria e no com\u00e9rcio e aumentar o cr\u00e9dito para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p><p>O ato pela queda dos juros reuniu representantes das centrais sindicais: CUT, For\u00e7a Sindical, CTB, UGT, CSB, NCST, CSP Conlutas, Intersindical, A P\u00fablica -, e movimentos sociais como o Povo sem Medo e Frente Brasil Popular.
